Protege is seeking a marketing generalist to build and scale campaigns across product, growth, content/brand, and ecosystem. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with events, community, and executive stakeholders to stretch growth channels.

You’ll own end-to-end campaigns, turn insights into social, email, and partner content, and connect events, community, and content to commercial goals. This builder role rewards experimentation, data use, and a bias for impact.

Formación

• Must have hands-on experience building and scaling campaigns across multiple channels.
• Ability to translate product insights into compelling stories and assets.
• Comfort with experimentation, measurement, and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own campaigns from idea to impact, including briefs, copy, landing pages, distribution, and follow-up.
• Turn insights into social, email, and partner content that resonates with target audiences.
• Connect events, community, content, and commercial follow-up around clear goals.
• Run growth experiments across paid, organic, sponsorships, partnerships, and conversions.
• Build the campaign machinery using data and automation to improve targeting and handoffs.
• Close the loop by analyzing engagement and outcomes and planning next steps.
