Job summary

BITKRAFT Ventures is seeking a Growth-focused storyteller to help build Sirius into a brand consumers can't ignore. This role centers on social media, content, distribution, and creative growth, with responsibilities across content creation, publishing, and community building.

You will stay plugged into internet culture, identify trends, and move quickly when opportunities appear, while shaping major product launches and events.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the internet, social media, and online behavior.
• Strong writing instincts to translate topics into engaging content.
• Ability to make technical or business topics feel human and interesting.
• Know what makes people stop scrolling and engage.
• Interest in startup/tech culture and online trends.
• Independent, proactive, and able to own initiatives.
• Based in San Francisco or willing to be here full-time; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish content across X, LinkedIn, and other social channels.
• Translate updates, wins, events into engaging content.
• Stay plugged into internet culture and online conversations.
• Identify trends and opportunities to join conversations.
• Develop creative strategies to grow reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Test new formats and distribution strategies and double down on success.
• Support major product launches, announcements, events.
• Build your personal brand and active voice in startup community.
