Job summary

Monnai Inc. is seeking a Growth, Brand & Content Lead to shape the company’s narrative and go-to-market clarity as we emerge from stealth. This senior role partners with the CEO and leadership, turning product strengths and customer outcomes into compelling messaging that resonates with fintech and data customers.

You will own content strategy, create customer stories, enable sales, and guide external partnerships to build a differentiated market presence while driving adoption and growth.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in growth, brand, content, or product marketing in B2B infrastructure, data, fintech, or equivalent.
• Strong creative instinct for language, storytelling, structure, and taste.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and shaping external narratives.
• Hands-on writer who edits and develops concepts.
• Experience in early-stage or growth-stage environments.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited process.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to build, refine, and scale.

Responsibilities

• Own Monnai’s brand narrative, messaging framework, and content strategy across all surfaces.
• Translate complex identity and risk data capabilities into clear, credible, and differentiated customer-facing language.
• Partner with product and GTM teams to turn customer insights into stories, positioning, and assets.
• Create and manage content tied to adoption and growth, including website messaging, customer use cases, sales enablement, founder-led thought leadership, and campaigns.
• Support funding announcements, product launches, and major milestones with clear messaging.
• Collaborate with external partners (PR, brand, design) to produce long-lived, reusable assets.
• Continuously refine how Monnai helps customers understand value and expand usage over time.
