Job summary

Monad Foundation is seeking a Business Marketing Lead to drive co-marketing and collaborative go-to-market efforts across integrations and deployments. You will work with GTM and creative teams and liaise with external marketing and business teams to identify compelling stories and deliver high-quality campaigns.

This dynamic role requires managing multiple external workstreams, owning campaign design from brief to launch, and crafting messaging and case studies to demonstrate Monad’s adoption

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business/partner marketing or related role
• Understanding of crypto ecosystem, DeFi, tokens is a strong plus
• Experience owning integrated external campaigns from planning through launch and measurement
• Superb writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex partnerships into clear content

Responsibilities

• Embed with GTM and content teams to align on pipeline context, priorities, and co-marketing opportunities
• Maintain a view of upcoming launches and prioritize opportunities to maximize impact and value
• Develop and own joint marketing campaigns; craft narratives; build case studies and blogs; run related programs
• Drive campaigns end-to-end: timelines, assets, legal/compliance reviews, launch sequencing, stakeholder coordination
• Define objectives and success metrics; track results and apply learnings to future programs
