Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of related banking experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. of coin.

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Maintains awareness of new business opportunities and refers customers to sales staff as appropriate.
• Meets or exceeds referral and sales goals for both business and consumer clients.
• Handles customer concerns on statements and routine questions.
• Maintains knowledge of bank products and services.
• Processes changes to accounts as requested by clients.
• Assists in call efforts by reviewing, updating, and calling prospect lists.
• Processes transactions accurately and timely (deposits, payments, transfers).
• Cashes checks within policy and authority; sells cashier's checks and money orders.
• Maintains cash drawer and prepares daily settlement; performs scanning and batch submissions.
• Minimizes risk of losses and reports discrepancies.
• Prepares reports such as currency transaction reports and BSA reports.
• Demonstrates knowledge of security program and compliance requirements.
• Travels to other banking centers as needed.
• Performs related duties and coordinates tasks to ensure efficient processes.
• Complies with laws, policies, and safety standards.
