TalentPluto, Inc. in New York is seeking a go-to-market salesperson to run high-volume outbound outreach to specialty practices and carry deals from discovery to close.
You will own the playbook, test messaging, and refine channels, while explaining healthcare workflows to non-technical buyers. This onsite role emphasizes ownership and growth within a fast-moving health-tech environment.
Location: New York, NY
Work Model: Onsite 4-5 days per week; optional conference travel
Industry: Health tech / AI
Compensation: $80K-$100K base, $120K-$140K OTE
Our partner is a seed-stage health-tech company using agentic AI to solve prior authorization for specialty pharmaceutical therapies. Benefits verification, prior authorizations, patient-assistance enrollment and pharmacy routing consume more than fifteen hours of staff time a week at a typical practice and leave patients waiting weeks to start therapy. The platform removes that work across every drug and every payer. It is free to providers, HIPAA-compliant and already live in thousands of practices, with doctors on the platform up 22x this year. The founding team comes out of a major payments company, a large technology company and a top-tier consultancy.
This is the company's highest-priority hire and the first real seat on the go-to-market team. Most of the day is outbound: calling practice managers, practice owners and physicians at the specialty practices with the most to gain. From there you carry the deal yourself through discovery, a tailored demo and close.
What separates this from a standard top-of-funnel role is ownership. You will help write the playbook rather than run one: choosing which specialties to attack, testing channels, refining messaging and feeding what works back into the motion. Quota is measured in practices closed rather than dollars, because the clinician product is free and revenue comes from the pharma side. There is a defined progression path toward a closing role.
