Job summary

GALE is seeking an Associate Director of Growth to lead high-stakes new business efforts from strategy to final delivery. The role sits at the center of GALE’s growth engine, coordinating across strategy, media, data, CRM, and creative teams to craft compelling narratives and win more business.

You will drive end-to-end pitches, shape integrated capabilities, and leverage AI tools to accelerate research, develop materials, and streamline processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in agency account management, strategy, or business development.
• Ability to test narratives in media, CRM, loyalty areas.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.
• Able to lead multiple workstreams and manage complex opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Shape and maintain the pitch approach to be insight-led and differentiated.
• Determine scope, team structure, and approach with pitch leads.
• Manage live new business opportunities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Source market intelligence to inform prospecting and strategy.
• Maintain and improve client and prospect databases.
• Develop outreach materials and thought leadership content.
• Lead development of case studies demonstrating GALE’s impact.
• Oversee RFI/RFP responses and content coordination.
• Provide quarterly leadership reports on pipeline and growth.
