The Associate Director of Growth sits at the center of how GALE competes and wins. This role is equal parts strategic thinker and execution engine, someone who can absorb complex business challenges, synthesize intelligence from across the agency, and help shape the narratives and strategies that define how GALE shows up in market. Working closely with the Director of Growth and senior leadership, the AD will lead live pitch processes end-to-end, bring a point of view to how we position our integrated capabilities, and find smarter, faster ways to do the work, including through active, fluent use of AI tools. In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target compensation for this role is $140,000 to $175,000 yearly. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, qualifications, job performance, level of experience, location, and business needs.
