Job summary

Longevity Health seeks a strategic, analytically rigorous leader to drive growth strategies, new products, and partnership models across the long-term care and value-based care ecosystem.

The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & New Ventures will evaluate opportunities, design business and economic models, and lead cross-functional diligence to pilot and scale new care delivery partnerships with payors, physician groups, SNFs, and other healthcare entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
• MBA, MHA, MPH, or another relevant graduate degree from a highly regarded program, or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience.
• Meaningful experience in management consulting, healthcare strategy, corporate development, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity portfolio operations, product strategy, or new venture development.
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, conduct rigorous analysis, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, market assessments, executive presentations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial environment while introducing appropriate structure, discipline, and accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives through influence rather than relying solely on direct authority.
• High level of judgment, intellectual curiosity, discretion, and personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies across Longevity’s product continuum, with or without partners.
• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with healthcare organizations.
• Develop creative partnership structures beyond traditional vendor or referral models.
• Define strategic rationale, value proposition, and expected business impact for partnerships.
• Recommend whether to partner, build, buy, invest, pilot, or defer.
• Maintain a prioritized pipeline based on strategic fit and financial potential.
