Job summary

Longevity Health is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & New Ventures to develop growth strategies, new products, and innovative partnership structures within long-term care and value-based care ecosystems.

You will evaluate partnerships, define economic models, and lead cross-functional diligence to pilot and implement new models, transitioning successful efforts to ongoing leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
• MBA, MHA, MPH, or another graduate degree from a highly regarded program, or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience.
• Meaningful experience in management consulting, healthcare strategy, corporate development, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity portfolio operations, product strategy, or new venture development.
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, conduct rigorous analysis, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, market assessments, executive presentations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial environment while introducing appropriate structure, discipline, and accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives through influence rather than relying solely on direct authority.
• High level of judgment, intellectual curiosity, discretion, and personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies, new products, and innovative partnership structures to expand Longevity Health’s value proposition.
• Evaluate and develop models and work with primary care organizations, physician groups, SNF operators, payors, ACOs, and other healthcare partners.
• Serve as a strategic architect and internal incubator to design pilots and transition successful models to ongoing ownership.
• Identify opportunities, define partnership theses, develop business and economic models, and lead cross-functional diligence.
• Support pursuit of multiple growth engines, new contracting models, and broader senior living value propositions.
