Job summary

Confidential is seeking a hands-on growth leader to own patient growth across its clinics and partner sites. You will build and run the referral engine, collaborating with primary care, orthopedics, spine surgeons, urgent care, PT, chiropractic, workers' comp, and personal injury sources while leading a field team of 20+ BD reps across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare business development or physician relations.
• 5+ years leading field-based BD teams across multiple markets.
• Proven track record of growing new-patient volume in outpatient settings.
• Knowledge of Anti-Kickback, Stark laws and state patient brokering rules.

Responsibilities

• Own new-patient volume and same-store growth across clinics.
• Build annual growth plans by market and service line.
• Lead and coach two managers and 20+ BD reps.
• Partner with Marketing and health systems to generate referrals.
