• Deep expertise across paid media platforms including Meta and Google.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide growth performance across acquisition, retention, funnel efficiency, and profitable scale.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across paid media, lifecycle marketing, and customer experience.
• Monitor key growth metrics like MER, CAC, and LTV to drive informed decision making.
