Job summary

Restoration Network in Maple Grove, Minnesota, seeks a Director of Business Development to build and lead a sales organization from the ground up. You’ll recruit, train, and coach a team, develop strategic partnerships, and drive measurable revenue growth with a performance-driven compensation plan.

You’ll own the sales strategy, establish repeatable processes, and work closely with operations to ensure profitable work. Eligible for $100,000+ earnings with aggressive incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success building or significantly scaling a sales department.
• Track record of recruiting, training, and developing sales reps.
• Experience establishing sales processes, performance metrics, and accountability.
• Strong business development, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think strategically while leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead restoration Network’s sales and business development dept.
• Build and manage relationships with insurance agents and agencies.
• Develop strategic referrals with plumbers, HVAC, property managers and other pros.
• Create sales strategy for exterior restoration incl. canvassing and outreach.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing sales reps as dept grows.
• Implement CRM discipline, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
• Coordinate with operations and estimating teams to pursue profitable work.
