Job summary

Rush Street Interactive is seeking a Risk & Payments Analyst who will handle withdrawal processing, document review, and fraud investigations while supporting customer service on payments-related inquiries.

The role requires knowledge of payment methods, data analysis, and compliance with gaming regulations. Candidates should be able to work independently and in teams, with strong communication skills and a focus on accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in gambling/payments industry preferred.
• Knowledge of KYC/review processes is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process withdrawals timely and review documents.
• Investigate payments/fraud escalations and respond to customer contacts.
• Analyze player activity to prevent and report fraud.
• Assist customer service with payments inquiries and chargeback disputes.
• Review KYC documents and update patron information in systems.
• Escalate issues to management and provide feedback to product/management teams.
