Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring for a Business Operations & Analytics role within its central team, embedded in growth, product, AI and automation, or partnerships to own the analytics function end-to-end for a core business unit.

You will define problems, build data-driven insights, and drive decisions that move critical metrics across the organization, collaborating with product, growth, and finance to execute end-to-end initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems: understand what business question it's answering and what decision it will inform.
• Data and insights: define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, surface data insights that move key metrics.
• Drive outcomes: bring recommendations to product, growth, finance or operations and drive next steps.
