Jerry.ai is hiring for a Business Operations & Analytics role in our Chicago-area team, embedded within growth, product, AI & automation, and partnerships. You will own the analytical function end-to-end for a core business unit, turning questions into data-driven decisions.

You'll define problems, design experiments, build dashboards, and communicate insights to product, growth, finance, and operations. We seek 2+ years in consulting or high-growth tech and strong SQL/Python skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Ability to define problems and drive decisions with data.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems before analysis and push back if unclear.
• Build reports, run analyses, and surface data insights that move key metrics.
