Job summary

Unrivaled Teamwear is seeking a motivated candidate to support the Senior Manager of Sales and Director of Sales for licensed sports apparel and headwear with Walmart and Sam’s Club. You will handle admin tasks, sales analytics, inventory/assortment management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth.

We’ve grown quickly and are looking for people eager to grow their career with the business, learning the ins and outs of major retail partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years sales, retail buying, or marketing experience; apparel industry and/or CPG preferred.
• Strong computer skills with database/spreadsheet tools, especially Excel.
• Walmart and/or Sam’s Club experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication; retail math understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Manager and Director of Sales to meet account needs and objectives.
• Analyze Walmart/Sam’s Club data to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage item setup process for Walmart and Sam’s Club.
• Oversee Sam’s Club Ecommerce, monitor sales/inventory/fulfillment timing.
• Assist with event orders (e.g., March Madness, playoffs).
• Maintain seasonal balance sheets, orders, and pricing adjustments.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure program execution and objectives.
• Build relationships with internal teams and retail partners.
