Groundworks, North America’s leading foundation repair and water management specialist, is seeking a Marketing Analyst to transform data into actionable insights. Based at our Irving, TX office, you’ll monitor campaigns, analyze customer behavior, and partner with Product, Marketing, Lifecycle, and Creative teams to improve ROAS and drive growth across our brands.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Analytics and 3+ years in marketing analytics, with proficiency in Excel and data

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, BI, or related role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in Excel and data visualization tools.

Aufgaben

• Monitor Paid Social and Display campaigns to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze user behavior, cohorts, and funnel data to inform product and marketing decisions.
• Perform in-depth analysis on audiences, attribution, and creatives to drive ROAS.
• Communicate campaign performance and insights using internal and external data sources.
• Analyze historical metrics and optimize processes to improve financial results.
• Develop data layer and pixel implementation for development teams.
• Collaborate with internal data teams to produce reports and automate analyses.
