Job summary

You will analyze performance across SEM, social, programmatic, and brand channels, build recurring reports, and partner with leadership to translate data into strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or business analytics.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel for data extraction, modeling, and analysis.
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI for data visualization.
• Solid understanding of SEM, PPC, local search, and lead-generation models.
• Ability to connect marketing metrics to unit economics and KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing performance across SEM, social channels, programmatic display and video, affiliates, and brand media.
• Diagnose funnel drop-off points on landing pages, forms, and booking flows.
• Support the conversion optimization testing calendar and read out A/B tests.
• Turn data into assessments of impact and opportunities across campaigns and markets.
• Produce high-volume, recurring reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing leaders and analytics teams to guide strategy.
