OpenKrill is seeking a Growth Adoption Manager to drive Pilotbase adoption across flight schools and expand revenue opportunities. You will shape pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies while coordinating with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver measurable growth.

This role sits at the intersection of product, revenue, and customer strategy, translating pilot and school behavior into actionable insights to optimize monetization and expansion playbooks.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in SaaS, marketplace, or platform-based business models.
• Exposure to pricing, packaging, or monetization strategy.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate insight into execution.

• Own adoption and expansion across flight school customers for Pilotbase.
• Define how schools introduce and operate Pilotbase within training programs.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure onboarding, engagement, and retention.
