Responsibilities

• Shape go-to-market strategies for new products across credit cards and software.
• Drive user research and in-market experimentation; lead AI optimization and AI-powered lead generation tools.
• Deliver and iterate on brand, product, and shopping pathways on capitalone.com.
• Partner with sales teams to build compelling demos and tooling for customers and sales.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a cross-disciplinary team of 12-15 creatives and builders.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, product, sales, and engineering to align strategy, metrics, and roadmaps.
