Job summary

NewsBreak is seeking an analytical, growth-minded Account Manager to join our Ad Monetization team. You will manage a portfolio of performance advertisers in the eCommerce vertical, driving revenue growth through campaign optimization and scale.

Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Ad Operations to champion platform improvements and foster adoption of new ad products. You will deliver data-driven recommendations, conduct QBRs, and help advertisers maximize ROAS on NewsBreak.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management or performance media buying in ad tech.
• Proven track record of growing account revenue, optimizing campaign performance to scale spend, and driving product feature adoption.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Ad Operations teams to resolve client issues and influence feature roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of biddable auction advertising, ad server technology, pixel setup, and event tracking/attribution.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to turn raw performance data into actionable campaign optimizations and revenue opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering data-backed QBRs to client decision-makers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of performance advertisers across the eCommerce vertical.
• Drive revenue growth through campaign optimization and scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ad Operations to advocate for platform improvements.
• Lead product testing roadmaps and alpha/beta programs, and present performance outcomes.
• Troubleshoot integrations (pixels, SDKs, server-to-server tracking) with internal teams.
