Job summary

Perdue Farms in Bridgeville, Delaware, is seeking a Growout Clerk to provide accurate administrative support for the Growout Department. You will prepare reports, enter and update data in M-Tech, maintain records, and help drive operational performance in a fast-paced agricultural operation.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to manage files, and strong organizational skills. Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with benefits including medical, 401(k), dental, vision, life

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
2 years of experience.
Strong reading, writing, math and analytic skills.
Business classes and/or schooling in office administration and computers are desired.
Must be able to type 60 wpm.

Responsibilities

Maintain all files and keep up to date all files essential to Growout operations.
Generate reports from M-Tech (e.g., mortality, ADG, DDW, ammonia, fuel usage).
Create a weekly placement schedule in M-Tech to meet orders and contracts.
Serve as liaison between producers, suppliers and Growout Manager.
Support special projects and manage data for management reports.
Ensure timely submission of M-Tech data and accuracy of farm records.
