• Perform grower contracts preparation and mail pre-grape crush letters
• Review grower contracts and chemical application reports for accuracy
• Maintain contract files and prepare delivery tickets
• Enter chemical usage and grape delivery records into systems
• Balance grape delivery details with system records at season end
• Assist grape buyer, field personnel, and reception during crush and non-crush periods
• Prepare reports on delivery histories, contracted volumes, and chemical usage
• Enter sales invoices and reconcile with the Production Department during non-crush periods
• Provide administrative support across accounting and payable tasks
• Serve as backup receptionist during absences
