Job summary

AirMedCare Network seeks a locally rooted Membership Sales Manager in Grove, Oklahoma. This hybrid role is 90% field-based with travel across nearby counties and 10% remote. Candidates must live within 50 to 75 miles of Grove.

The role focuses on growing AMCN membership through community engagement, B2B and B2C outreach, and building partnerships with local businesses and organizations. On-target earnings range from $75,785 to $180,000, with two fixed base salary options of $35,000 or $45,000

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, valid driver's license, clean driving record.
• 3 years of B2C or B2B field sales experience including cold calling and prospecting.
• Experience in rural, community-based markets; knowledge of healthcare or emergency medical transport services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Local Impact: spend ~90% in the field across Oklahoma and neighboring counties, engaging residents, business owners, and leaders.
• Develop Relationships: build local presence via door-to-door outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Sales Process Management: manage full sales cycle from outreach to close with a consultative approach.
• Champion with Purpose: represent AMCN as a trusted community partner through civic groups and local networks.
