Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Group X Coach to lead group exercise sessions for a diverse member base in-person or through virtual platforms. You will create a welcoming, energetic environment that motivates members and maintains high safety standards.

Responsibilities include delivering 2+ classes per week, delivering excellent customer service, coordinating class coverage, and contributing to a clean, well-maintained club atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous group exercise instruction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach group sessions in person or via virtual platforms.
• Ensure sessions are welcoming, encouraging and challenging.
• Maintain safe techniques and guidelines for all fitness levels.
• Aim for at least 2 classes per week.
• Deliver exceptional member service before and after classes.
• Find substitutes for class coverage and manage scheduling.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to attract participants.
• Attend staff meetings as required.
