24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking an energetic Group X Coach to deliver group exercise programs to members and guests. The role includes coaching both pre-choreographed and freestyle classes, ensuring safety, and creating an inviting atmosphere.

You will engage participants of varied fitness levels, work to boost attendance, and support the club's standards for cleanliness and service.

Responsibilities

• Coach group sessions for a wide variety of members at varying fitness levels.
• Present sessions in a welcoming, encouraging, and challenging manner.
• Educate members on safe techniques and guidelines to keep classes safe.
• Increase attendance through engaging instruction and motivation.
• Handle member concerns and direct to appropriate club management.
• Report broken equipment and maintenance needs to club management.
• Recruit new members to join classes.
• Start and finish group sessions and classes on time as scheduled.
• Deliver on the Service Promise of Clean, Friendly and Well Maintained Club by organizing equipment and maintaining a clean club.
• Find substitutes for class coverage per policy.
• Maintain a social media presence to attract participants.
• Attend staff meetings as required.
