Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Group X Coach to lead pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions at our Seattle club. You will deliver engaging classes, welcome a diverse member base, and motivate participants to reach health goals.

You will emphasize safe techniques, high-quality class delivery, and strong customer service, coordinating with club staff to maintain a clean, well-equipped facility.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise certification for taught format.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions to a wide variety of members.
• Present sessions in a welcoming, encouraging and challenging way.
• Educate members on safe techniques and guidelines to ensure safety.
• Increase member attendance through engaging instruction and motivation.
• Maintain an average of coaching at least 2 classes per week.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address member concerns.
• Report equipment issues to club management and assist with maintenance.
