Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Group X Coach to lead group exercise sessions for members and guests. The role focuses on delivering both pre-choreographed and freestyle classes with safety and energy to create an inviting experience.

You will motivate participants, manage class attendance, handle member concerns, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise primary certification for taught format.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions and classes to a wide variety of members in person or via virtual technology.
• Present group sessions in a welcoming, encouraging and challenging way.
• Ensure safety and high-quality delivery by educating members on techniques and guidelines.
• Increase attendance through strong teaching and connection with participants.
• Find substitutes for classes as needed and maintain a social media presence to attract participants.
