24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC in Seattle is seeking a Group X Coach to deliver pre-choreographed or freestyle group exercise programs to members and guests, in-person or virtually. You will create an inviting, motivating experience and maintain high-quality, safe sessions for all fitness levels.

The role emphasizes welcoming participants, driving attendance, and delivering exceptional customer service while collaborating with club staff. Weekend availability may be required to support classes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe exercise techniques and principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with a wide variety of people.
• Enthusiastic and energetic approach to creating a community feel within a group session or class.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions to diverse members in-person or via virtual platforms.
• Present sessions in a welcoming, encouraging and challenging manner.
• Ensure safety by educating members on proper techniques and guidelines.
• Increase attendance by connecting with and motivating participants.
• Find substitutes for sessions as needed and maintain a clean, organized club environment.
