Job summary

The Group X Coach at 24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC delivers engaging pre-choreographed or freestyle group exercise programs to members and guests, creating an inviting and motivating experience.

You lead sessions, ensure safety, encourage attendance, coordinate substitutes, and promote a clean, welcoming club environment. You may recruit new members and maintain a strong social media presence to attract participants.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise primary certification for taught format.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous group exercise instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions and classes.
• Present sessions so members feel welcomed, encouraged and challenged.
• Ensure sessions are delivered safely by educating on techniques and guidelines.
• Increase member attendance through strong teaching skills and ability to connect with and motivate others.
• Maintain an average of coaching at least 2 classes per week.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle member concerns.
• Recruit new members to join classes.
• Start and finish group sessions on time as scheduled.
