Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Seattle, WA is seeking a Group X Coach to deliver pre-choreographed or freestyle group exercise programs to members and guests, in person or via virtual technology.

You will lead welcoming, energetic sessions, ensure safety, drive attendance, and coordinate substitutes while reporting to club management. Requirements include a current group exercise certification and a high school diploma. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise certification for taught format.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous group exercise instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach group sessions in person or via virtual technology.
• Present sessions so members feel welcomed, encouraged and challenged.
• Ensure safety and educate on proper techniques.
• Increase attendance by engaging and motivating participants.
• Arrange substitutes and maintain class coverage.
