Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Group X Coach to lead pre-choreographed or freestyle group exercise sessions for a diverse member base at Costa Mesa. You will create an inviting, energetic class atmosphere, instruct safely, and strive to boost attendance and engagement across in-person and virtual formats.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a community feel within group sessions, and alignment with club standards. Flexible weekends/holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise primary certification for taught format.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous group exercise instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions to a wide variety of members.
• Deliver safe, high-quality group sessions and educate on safe techniques.
• Increase attendance by engaging and motivating participants.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after classes.
• Start and finish group sessions on time as scheduled.
• Find substitutes for classes and maintain club appearance and organization.
