24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Group X Coach in Los Angeles to deliver pre-choreographed or freestyle group exercises. You’ll engage members at all levels, ensuring sessions are welcoming, challenging and safely executed. The role also emphasizes recruiting participants, coordinating substitutes, and maintaining a vibrant class presence.

You’ll report to club leadership and work with staff to sustain a clean, friendly, well-run club environment, including occasional weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions and classes to a wide variety of members at varying fitness levels in person or via virtual technology.
• Present group sessions and classes in a welcoming, encouraging and challenging manner.
• Educate members on safe techniques and guidelines to keep sessions safe for all levels.
• Increase member attendance through strong teaching and motivation.
• Find substitutes for coverage following company policy and guidelines.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to attract participants and support events.
