Landmark Incentive Marketing, Inc. seeks a Group Air Travel Planner to join our Travel Department, working with Fortune 500 clients on customized group trips and coordinating with the Air Travel Manager, Account Executives, and Program Managers.

We require strong SABRE GDS experience, excellent customer service, and solid skills in Microsoft Word/Excel. This full-time role offers growth in a fast-paced incentive travel environment and opportunities for travel.

Qualifications

Strong SABRE GDS experience on flights world-wide, ticketing and knowledge of airline contracts and fares.
Professional, detail-oriented with excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Access, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

Full responsibility for program air travel including securing all group air bookings from proposal to program completion.
Research and negotiate with airlines using Sabre GDS system.
Issuance of tickets according to deadlines and tracking of all financials and charges.
Complete flight monitoring and resolution of any flight issues.
Attend regular meetings and provide management reports with pertinent air information.
