Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Travel Consultant who loves travel and helping members plan unforgettable trips. You will sell international and domestic packages, including cruises, air, car and hotels, and build lasting relationships with our members.

This role rewards a strong sales drive and excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided through The Auto Club University, with opportunities for leadership as you meet goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• At least 2 years in retail sales or banking or leisure travel agency.

Responsibilities

• Sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, travel itineraries, air, car, and hotel.
• Share knowledge and expertise from personal experiences and/or education study trips.
• Develop long-standing relationships with our members and builds referral and repeat business.
• Make appropriate recommendations to tailor trips to the member's expectations.
• Cross-sell relevant products to enhance the trip experience, such as AAA Member Rewards Credit Card, and identity theft referrals.
