Qualifications

• 4-6 years travel sales or related experience.
• Ability to create a positive customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational ability.
• Proven negotiation and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, price, and promote group travel programs and seminars.
• Prepare breakeven analyses and manage costs for ROI.
• Coordinate billing, supplier payments, and commissions.
• Develop promotional materials and maintain mailing lists.
• Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and transfer companies; obtain approvals.
• Support department planning, budgets, and financial recordkeeping.
• Prepare correspondence and ensure adherence to service standards.
