Job summary

FC Cincinnati seeks an Account Executive for Group Ticketing to grow group sales and build strong relationships with Cincinnati's corporate community. You will drive new business through calls, meetings, and networking events, while coordinating youth soccer initiatives and on-field experiences.

The role requires weekend/holiday availability and a proven sales track record, with strong communication and CRM skills to manage client relationships and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or customer service experience required.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work outside regular hours including weekends/holidays.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales revenue through prospecting, cold calling and in-person meetings.
• Maintain 60-80 call per day volume and an aggressive meetings schedule.
• Grow existing relationships to maximize client spend and repeat business.
• Create and implement new concepts to generate revenue streams.
• Set appointments with key decision makers in the community.
• Renew and up-sell group sales year-over-year.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain CRM records for clients and prospects.
• Provide superior customer service in-person and by phone.
