Job summary

The Holistix Treatment Centers LLC in Lake Worth, FL is seeking a Part-Time Group Facilitator to lead structured therapeutic group sessions for clients in a mental health setting. You will deliver evidence-based group interventions under supervision to support treatment goals.

Responsibilities include facilitating sessions, documenting attendance, collaborating with the clinical team, and upholding HIPAA and program standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field preferred.
Prior experience facilitating groups in behavioral health or related settings preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and group management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead scheduled group therapy sessions per program curriculum.
Create a safe, respectful environment for client participation.
Deliver psychoeducational and process groups on mental health and coping.
Document group sessions, attendance, and client participation.
Collaborate with clinical team to support treatment plans.
Monitor client behavior and report concerns to leadership.
Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality and company policies.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision.
Support program operations as needed.
