Quadrant Health Group seeks a Group Facilitator in West Palm Beach, FL to lead and co-facilitate group therapy sessions, addressing clients’ treatment objectives with evidence-based interventions. Collaborate with the clinical team on client care.

The role requires at least 2 years in SUD or related field; a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred); EHR proficiency; CPR/First Aid; shift Tue–Sat 9am–4pm. Salary $24–$28/hour, full-time with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in substance use disorder treatment or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s preferred.
• Florida credential such as CAP preferred.
• Experience facilitating therapeutic or recovery-focused groups.
• Experience with diverse populations; interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Proficient with EHR/EMR systems; CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate clinical groups in a safe, supportive environment.
• Ensure group programming runs smoothly with effective time management.
• Assist with crisis and case management with the clinical team.
• Document clinical services in EMR promptly.
• Help clients understand treatment goals and progress.
• Maintain professional boundaries with clients.
• Participate in continuous clinical training and meetings.
• Adhere to policies set by Clinical Director and executives.
• Follow all safety rules and company procedures.
