Job Type: PRN

Job Salary: $30-$32 per hour

Position Summary

Day-to-day job functions include facilitating psychoeducational groups and process groups, completing treatment plans and updates, and active engagement with a dynamic treatment team. This team member will also assist in the development and implementation of a holistic, evidence‑based curriculum that focuses on addressing patient symptoms and building necessary skills to assist our patients in connecting back to what matters most while establishing a clear path to long‑term wellness.

PRN Requirements
  • You must ensure that your available time is updated on the PRN availability calendar.
  • Cannot deny three (3) provided shifts within each quarter.
  • You must respond to coverage requests by leadership within 48 hours.
  • You must attend all training/in-service to stay on top of process and policy updates. If you are unable to attend, you must communicate with your primary supervisor to ensure you receive the information.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent field.
  • License: Current unencumbered clinical license (LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCDC) per state of practice guidelines.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, including dual diagnosis populations. Proven background working across higher levels of care, including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) settings.
Additional Requirements

A thorough knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines as well as state and federal guidelines and compliance regulations (HIPAA, Mandated Reporting, etc.). Employees will also maintain adequate professional liability insurance.

Applicant Eligibility

Applicants who have been patients of any program or provider at the facility are eligible for employment under the conditions outlined below: For private practice therapy and medication management, the applicant must have discontinued or transferred their treatment to a provider or providers outside of the facility. For PHP/IOP services, the applicant must have been discharged from the program at least 2 years before applying for employment.
