Connections Wellness Group is seeking a Group Therapist I to facilitate educational and process groups in a dynamic treatment setting in Willow Park, TX. This PRN role includes completing treatment plans, updating records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient wellness and skill-building for long-term recovery.
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent, and a current licensed clinical credential (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).

Day-to-day job functions include facilitating psychoeducational groups and process groups, completing treatment plans and updates, and active engagement with a dynamic treatment team. This team member will also assist in the development and implementation of a holistic, evidence-based curriculum that focuses on addressing patient symptoms and building necessary skills to assist our patients in connecting back to what matters most while establishing a clear path to long-term wellness.
As a PRN employee with Connections Wellness Group, you must meet the following requirements to maintain your employment status:
Education: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent field.
License: Current unencumbered clinical license (LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCDC) per state of practice guidelines.
Experience: Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, including dual diagnosis populations. Proven background working across higher levels of care, including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) settings
Additional Requirements: A thorough knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines as well as state and federal guidelines and compliance regulations (HIPAA, Mandated Reporting, etc.). Employees will also maintain adequate professional liability insurance.
