Job summary

Connections Wellness Group in Keller, TX is seeking a Group Therapist I to facilitate psychoeducational and process groups on a PRN basis. The role includes completing treatment plans and actively engaging with a dynamic treatment team to support client wellness.

Qualified candidates hold a master's degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent, with an active clinical license and experience across PHP/IOP and higher levels of care. A drug-free workplace and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent field.
• Current unencumbered clinical license (LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCDC) per state of practice guidelines.
• Experience in supporting individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, including dual diagnosis populations.
• Experience across higher levels of care including inpatient, residential, PHP, and IOP.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and process groups.
• Complete treatment plans and updates for clients.
• Engage with an interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Assist in developing and implementing a holistic, evidence-based curriculum.
