Job summary

Provive Wellness is seeking a part-time Group Facilitator to support our PHP and IOP programs in Brentwood, TN. This role is ideal for a licensed or license-eligible clinician who enjoys leading therapeutic groups and wants flexible, part-time hours in a collaborative treatment setting.

Responsibilities include facilitating process, psychoeducational, and skills-based groups, documenting clinical progress, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Active or associate license in Tennessee (e.g., LPC/LPC-MHSP, LMSW/LCSW, LMFT) preferred.
• Experience facilitating groups in PHP/IOP or similar behavioral health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process, psychoeducational, and skills-based groups within PHP and IOP tracks.
• Document group participation and clinical progress in accordance with program and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate client care.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
