Monte Nido Parsippany, located in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking a full-time Group Facilitator to join our team. The role provides high-quality patient care within a therapeutic milieu, supporting individuals with eating disorders through structured programming and group facilitation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience treating eating disorders in residential or inpatient settings is helpful.

• Plan, structure, and facilitate clinical groups (e.g., CBT/DBT skills, coping strategies, relapse prevention).
• Adapt group content to the client's level of functioning and treatment goals.
• Maintain group safety, boundaries, and engagement.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to integrate group work into the overall care plans.
