Monte Nido Eating Disorder Center of Westchester in White Plains, NY, is hiring a Full Time Group Facilitator. The role involves facilitating group sessions, fostering supportive interactions, and documenting patient progress within the program.

The position requires pursuing a master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field, and being licensed or license-eligible in a counseling field. Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 7:30am-3:30pm or Monday-Friday; Pay Range: $21-$28/hr.

Qualificações

• Actively pursuing a master's degree in social work, psychology or related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW).
• Prior experience treating eating disorders in residential or inpatient settings is helpful.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate group sessions.
• Foster interaction among group members.
• Monitor individual client needs.
• Assist in identifying and expressing feelings.
• Document group sessions and progress.
• Follow program format and requirements.
• Maintain timely documentation per policies and state standards.
• Build positive working relationships with staff and colleagues.
• Attend mandatory trainings and in-service collaborations.
