Responsibilities

Lead business systems intake, requirements definition, prioritization, and governance processes.
Translate business needs into practical, scalable, and sustainable system solutions.
Manage system enhancements, upgrades, implementations, UAT, and post-launch stabilization efforts.
Drive project execution, including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Partner with Digital/Tech, Sales, Services, Marketing, Operations, and Communications teams to deliver business outcomes.
Use data, reporting, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
Maintain visibility into system roadmaps, enhancement requests, and sustainment priorities.
