Job summary

The Arc of San Diego is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Group Supported Employment Programs across San Diego County. You will supervise three Case Managers, including two at MCRD Food Service Operations and one at Group Community Employment Sites, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services and outcomes.

The role requires a proven supervisory track record, strong leadership and collaboration with clients, families, employers and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• 3+ years of supervisory and program management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee employment services programs throughout San Diego County.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Case Manager and Job Coaches.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered services and program compliance.
• Partner with clients, families, employers, and community stakeholders.
• Manage program operations, staffing, reporting, and service outcomes.
