Job summary

The Arc of San Diego is seeking a passionate and experienced Program Manager to lead our Group Supported Employment programs in San Diego County. You will oversee employment services that empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities toward meaningful employment.

Responsibilities include supervising Case Managers and Job Coaches, ensuring quality person-centered services, and collaborating with clients, families, employers, and community partners to achieve strong outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • 3+ years of supervisory and program management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

The Arc of San Diego is seeking a passionate and experienced Program Manager to lead our Group Supported Employment programs. In this role, you will oversee employment programs that empower and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving meaningful employment and greater independence.

Pay: The pay for this position is $72,803 to $72.803.

Schdule: Mon- Fri 8a-5p

What You'll Do
  • Lead and oversee employment services programs throughout San Diego County.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop Case Manager and Job Coaches.
  • Ensure high-quality, person-centered services and program compliance.
  • Partner with clients, families, employers, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • 3+ years of supervisory and program management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

Preferred

  • Experience in Employment Services, Case Management, or Vocational Rehabilitation.
  • Knowledge of Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) and Regional Center services.
  • Experience with Therap or similar electronic case management systems.
