The Arc of San Diego is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Group Supported Employment Programs across San Diego County. You will supervise three Case Managers, including two at MCRD Food Service Operations and one at Group Community Employment Sites, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services and outcomes.

The role requires a proven supervisory track record, strong leadership and collaboration with clients, families, employers and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• 3+ years of supervisory and program management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

The Arc of San Diego is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Program Manager to lead our Group Supported Employment Programs throughout San Diego County. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing employment services that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving meaningful employment, community inclusion, and greater independence.

The Program Manager provides direct supervision to three Case Managers, including two Case Managers supporting our MCRD Food Service Operations on the Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) and one Case Manager overseeing Group Community Employment Sites within our Group Supported Employment Program. This position requires a strong leader with experience managing staff, program operations, regulatory compliance, and service outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising professional staff and leading employment or vocational services programs.

Pay: The pay for this position is $72,803 to $72.803.

Schdule: Mon- Fri 8a-5p

Preferred

• Experience in Employment Services, Case Management, or Vocational Rehabilitation.
• Knowledge of Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) and Regional Center services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience with Therap or similar electronic case management systems.
